Christina Haack was born in Anaheim California in the 9th July 1983. Her first employment was working in the Real Estate Industry. Tarek El-Moussa, her future husband, was also in the sector. The couple ran a successful business until 2008 when real estate investors, house flippers, and others went bankrupt. Tarek El Moussa as well as Christina Moussa almost went under due to the crash. Their house was valued at just $700 per week compared to the $6,000 they were spending per month on their home. The economy and their businesses gradually recovered. HGTV and Rise to Fame Tarek enlisted an acquaintance to develop an audition tape to HGTV which featured Christina reflipping properties completely from scratch. Pie Town Productions executives received the tape. They were in love with Tarek and Christina. The couple signed a deal with HGTV. The program "Flip of Flop" began its run on the 13th April 2013. Between 2013 and 2017, the show ran 92 episodes. On the show, Christina and Tarek would buy properties, typically homes with a moderate income located in Orange County, and would then proceed to spend several weeks completing upgrades in order that they could flip the property in order to earn a profit. Tarek handles demolition, renovations and design. Christina keeps everything running according to schedule.
